After having tried the Beef Noodles from this store on a Saturday, I was back for more. This Beef Noodle store is located at Alexandra Village in a Hawker Center called ABC store number #01-115. It is located behind Ikea. It sells traditional Beef Noodle Dry or Soup. It has rice too.

I bought Beef Noodle soup with the thick rice noodles. I had my choice of meat parts customized. I chose to get the Cow's Stomach, the Tendons and the Beef with layering of marbling fats in between the meat layer. This allowed the meat to have the sensation of melting in the mouth. This is the traditional Beef Noodle Soup where the meat is stewed continuously in the stock and only taken out when is needed to be served to customers. The meat is soft and tender and moist instead of being dry and hard which is unpleasant to one's palate. The price of this dish varies based on what you want in your bowl. For mine, it cost $4 and I would say it is a good buy.
