Fatty Wing Restaurant @ Bencoolen
175 Bencoolen Street

Fatty Wing Restaurant has a long history of having been around for more than 20 years. They are famous for selling good local chinese zi char. They have satisfactory service as well as they are friendly and are quite fast in serving, even during peak periods.

The food is of good quality and is reasonably priced as well. The must-try food here are their chilli and black pepper crabs, cereal and salted egg prawns. Their fried rice, hor fun and e-mian are delicious as well. If you choose to take-away their fried rice or hor fun, they would wrap it in a white leaf and it makes the food more fragrant.

Although their prices are higher since it is a restaurant, the food is definitely value for money given the taste, portion and the amount of ingredients.

This restaurant is a must-try and many recommend this place to tourists.

  1. Omg yes their salted egg prawns are so nice! Like how the staff remembers you if you go several times. Have not tried their prawn paste chicken before. Is it worth trying?
