After spending a long time searching for a place that sells Traditional Katong Laksa, I manage to stumble upon a small cafe located at Queenway Shopping Centre that sells delicious Katong Laska. It is a curry laksa, a variant of laksa lemak from Katong, a small area in Singapore. Katong Laksa is mainly known for the noodles. The noodles are normally cut up into smaller pieces where eating the whole dish with is spoon is possible. The Katong Laksa found at Janggut Laksa come in three sizes, Small, Medium and Large, $3.50, $4.50 and $5.50 respectively. It is not too spicy as the chilli can be added seperately. The spiciness level can be adjusted based on the consumer's liking. Small customisations are available for this laksa too.

hi but at queensway shopping centre there is another laksa stall and how would you compare the two ? P.S i heard the other one is nicer hehehehe
ReplyDeleteAt Yishun there is one stall selling laksa, near the bus interchange. The one there is not really traditional but the ingredients are quite good and its rather spicy. Its worth trying for those who want value-for-money food but not those who want traditional laksa!
