Rocher Original Beancurd sells traditional beancurd and has been around for quite a long time. In their menu they serve beancurd, soya bean, egg tarts, you tiao and more. You can choose to have your beancurd and soya bean hot or cold.

The prices of the food are rather reasonable. The egg tart costs $1.10 each and the beancurd is $1.50 per bowl.

Personally I feel that the taste of the beancurd is not as good as it used to be. However, some people still think that it is good so it is based on personal preference. I think that the egg tarts are worth trying as it is fragrant and delicious.

  1. Agree agree! The taste of their beancurd was not as good as in the past! :( Quite sad because I grew up eating it and now I can't get to taste the same taste. Loved their glutinous rice as well, which they used to serve in the past but its not available anymore. I heard that there is another traditional beancurd stall in Geylang or Upper Thomson and its quite highly raved about! I guess you could give it a try and I would be if I happen to pass by! :)
